Project Details Portal
Overview
The Project Details Portal offers a user-friendly interface that enables the capture of critical project information such as:
- Project Metadata
- Key Contacts
- Assumptions
- Goals
- Project Status
- Lessons Learned
- Risks/Issues
- Actions
- Decisions
The Project Details Portal stores the information in a central repository that is integrated with the Project Online or Project Server environment. The application has the capability to synchronize specified metadata with the equivalent enterprise project fields. The Project Details Portal is integrated with Project Widgets’ SnapIt! application so that the Project Details information can be included in snapshots and reports. Reports can be configured to include current Project Details information, as well as the Project Details information contained within snapshots.
The Project Details Portal captures critical project information that can be used for reporting purposes throughout the life of a project.
